Yoga Sessions start with a relaxation/initial focus to enable you to leave the
stresses of your day and life behind.
Emphasis is placed on breathing work as research shows that the breath is the
gateway to the emotions. This is followed by warm ups and posture work; all with
modifications to suit your ability, age and health. The class ends with a
wonderful relaxation and meditation.
If and where possible I try to include spiritual and healing to enable you to
deal with the stresses of modern life.
A regular and consistent practice of yoga teamed with a healthy lifestyle can
become life altering, which is apparant after a few sessions.
