Our Yoga sessions will take you from your present state and move on with comfort and confidence to become whole and dissolve physical and emotional tension through breathing techniques, posture work and relaxtion.

Yoga is a fantastic spiritual practice than can improve your physical and mental health and overall fitness.

Adult Yoga Class
Hoylake Community Centre, Hoyle Road, Hoylake

Tuesday 6.30pm-7:50pm
£5 drop in or £4 a class if you sign up for a month
   
Corporate Yoga
Currently running in a well known Insurance company in Liverpool on a weekly basis
 
Staff Yoga
Currently Running in a local school every Thursday
 
Student Yoga and Stress Management for Exams running in a local secondary school
